We have signed agreements with regional contractors from Manabi, to offer Key-In-Hand, quality construction services at affordable prices.
Prices vary from $190 USD/square metre ($19/square foot) for simple construction such as bamboo or clay brick and up to $500 USD/square metre ($50/square foot) for more luxurious construction such as poured concrete with iron, ceramic or porcelain flooring and hot tubs. Many different material choices and options are available.
 These Key-In-Hand prices include Basic or full landscaping is also available.
We can commit to supervising the work for you, from start to finish, to ensure standards and materials are respected. We will also send photos of your construction project on a regular basis.
English-translation architectural services are available to facilitate the construction of your oceanfront home with the regional builders.
Costs of architectural plans (up until your final approval) as well as a step-by-step process (costs relating to construction, building permit), is available for approximately $1,000 USD. We take care of communications and the translation. A complete file of your final plans (hard and electronic copy), approved and duly signed, will be handed to you prior to construction. This will allow you to request estimates from other builders if desired.
