Ecuador Properties
Welcome to Sunset Investments!
We are currently working on a project called Mirador San José, a real estate development on the Pacific coast of Ecuador. Our goal is to create affordable Ecuador properties in a beautiful tropical neighborhood.
Project Mirador San José is being developed with consideration of the natural beauty that surrounds the site and many environmentally friendly technologies are being implemented in its construction.
Mirador San José is on Playa San José (San José Beach) in the Manabi Province of Ecuador. Manabi is adjacent to the province of Esmeraldas in the north. To the south and east are Guayas, Los Rios and Pinchinca provinces. To the west is the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Manabi has 350 km of beaches but so far, very few have been developed.
The project is divided into three distinct zones - each zone representing a different style of architecture. Small commercial zones are planned along with public parks and other facilities to provide all the necessities and conveniences you could ask for.
